How to Order Our Products


The race offseason is often our busiest season helping new customers with their new project and past customers with upgrades to their projects. We realize that it has been difficult to get through to us on our phones & we apologize. We are so swamped with orders for complete engine swap kits & combinations, that we have found it necessary to dedicate additional hours to the shop ,which has reduced our normal phone hours. Whether you are calling , texting  or leaving a voice mail,  "PLEASE" be sure to include your "e mail" address. We are still answering e mails sometimes up til midnight and this may be the best way to get in touch with us at this time! We also have up to date price quotes, availabilities ,lead times etc available via e mail. We have 30 years of info, photos , instruction etc available via e mail that is not possible to put on phones for texting. Also if you DO NOT leave a message , we cannot contact you? Please place your order early! we do have lead times on building/shipping our custom headers!

We feel strongly about coordinating and supplying the correct components for your application the first time.  Many of the products D&D offers have multiple options and applications. This may require the specifics of your individual combination to provide you the best components for your goals.The best way to accomplish this is to call us to discuss your project with our tech department. We will be happy to take all the time necessary to help you achieve your goals both before and after the sale.

Payment Options

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover as well as prepayment via bank check or postal money order. credit card orders must be shipped to the same address as the billing statement for the credit goes to . This is for the customers safety against credit card fraud!PAY PAL accepted! by popular request we will now be accepting Pay Pal for payment. The order must be sent to the confirmed/verified Pay Pal address on record!  We also offer a 5% discount on orders paid by US postal money orders


Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted after 30 days of invoice/sale date. NO CASH REFUND - EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO RETURN or EXCHANGE on SPECIAL ORDERS or ELECTRICAL PARTS. A 20% charge to cover processing/reboxing/restocking will be made on all returns!. Please E-mail our Returns Department for a  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.  All products returned MUST be 100% complete & unmodified, contain original boxes and packing materials, and other accessories and documentation as provided.. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise, the original box and packaging it arrived in. Notify us and the shipping company immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of damaged merchandise. DEFECTIVE products can be returned to D&D Automotive Specialties within 30 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all merchandise carefully before use. Any returns must be made before the product has been used or altered in any manner.  NON-DEFECTIVE returns may be accepted by D&D Automotive Specialties within 30 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for store credit or exchange. ALL RETURNS are subject to a 20% processing fee. Custom components are not returnable, regardless of circumstance, unless D&D determines them to be defective or the incorrect component was shipped!  D&D will not be responsible for components that the customer  ordered for a combination they were not designed/intended to be used for! .  Freight Collect shipments will be refused.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders that are cancelled before any product is shipped will be subject to a 5% processing fee.

** PARTS WARRANTIES.  many performance/off road  products are sold as is & carry no warranty. Any components that are sold by D&D that have a manufacturer warranty have to  be returned to the manufacture for any warranty consideration.

Q-Does D&D sell and ship it’s products outside the USA?

A-Sorry but we do not ship outside the USA lower 48 states
